In my experience, yes! I don't play many FPS games, but it has worked very well for me with Sea of Thieves and TF2, especially with the DPI adjustment ability. For its price, it works very well, so long as you don't need all the bells and whistles, and only really need the left, right, and middle click options.

The mouse is ideal for gaming - it is light, fast and low latency. It is worth noting the mouse buttons have a distinct 'click' feel when you press them, if that's something you prefer when shooting.

Hello RKD. The G203 is a great little mouse. Whether it is worth it is up to you. If you have larger hands, I would recommend the G502 HERO for FPS due to the extra buttons and more comfortable design.
