- Answer Alot of factors but the main troubleshooting step is to plug it into a different computer, if it still does the same thing then the problem is your mouse, but behavior like that is not always caused by the mouse hardware.

QuestionThere seems to be a problem when using this with my other computer. When it's plugged in to my laptop it works alright when moving it around during a video, however when plugged into my other desktop, moving it around causes the video to lag and buffer.
