“I just bought this headset today and plugged it in. It's not nearly loud enough. I have the volume turned up all the way on the wheel and I have checked my settings on my pc. If so there something else I need to do? I have an IBUYPOWER PC.”

It sounds like you've got everything set correctly. I would try another USB port on your PC, if you haven't already. You may also want to make sure all the audio and USB drivers your PC are up to date as well.
