“I've tried everything I can see online to help with this but nothing has worked. I bought this headset, connected it to my phone via Bluetooth and that worked just fine. At home, trying to pair it to the usb dongle inserted into the pc is not working.”

The dongle and Bluetooth are two separate modes you have to hold down the mute and power button until the light changes color to switch between the two modes.

If you want to go back from Bluetooth to LIGHTSPEED pairing (with the Receiver), power on your G435 Wireless Dolby Atmos Gaming Headset, make sure the LIGHTSPEED Receiver is connected to one of your PC USB Ports, and hold down the Mute button on your headset for 3 to 5 seconds, you'll see the light go from dark blue to white/light blue, meaning the headset is now in LIGHTSPEED Mode.
