• Just doesn't work! There's a video on YouTube that shows how to update the headset but it still didn't work for me, I just have them to my son for his PS4 and bought the arctis steel series 1 instead which work perfectly

• You have to update the firmware on your headset, you can download the software to do so directly from Logitech’s website. You need A windows pc or laptop to update them.
