“Considering buying this headset to use with my Switch/phone via Bluetooth. Does it have updates that require a PC though? Have a Chromebook and one of the last headsets I bought required PC updates.”

• No this one doesn't require any updates use it on my acer all the time

• Mine worked right out of the box. I’ve used them with my switch, my PlayStation 4 and also my Mac. So far, no issues with connecting. They do come with a dongle that you can plug into anything with USB but they also pick up Bluetooth and like I said no problems

• Hello, Caspartine! Yes, any updates for the G435 headset will have to be done through a PC. There shouldn't be any recent required updates to the headset, however. - Maggie from Logitech G
