“They changed this product after I preordered. It was supposed to be g502 hero and has the correct Logitech product code but now it says it’s available and the Hero is supposed to be out in October. What’s going on here? Did Best Buy screw up?”

Today is October 14, 2018 and I have had my Logitech G502 Hero since October 01, 2018. Were you talking perhaps about the Logitech G PRO Hero Gaming Mouse as that mouse was available on August 21, 2018 ? The G502 Hero was available on August 30, 2018.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It still says it's the 16000 DPI, so I'm assuming it's still the Hero version. I also looked up the model number and UPC and the G502 Hero mouse came up. I'm getting the mouse in couple of days, I'll definitely be returning it if it wasn't the Hero version.
