“Can I use this via the usb port on my Xbox x/s, I’ve tried and all the lighting functions work, the mic wil beep when raised or lowered, however no sound happens while it’s plugged in, then when I use the 3.5mm jack I get sound and voice but no lights.”

Hello HobbyProblems! The G635 Wired 7.1 Surround Sound Over-the-Year Gaming Headset for PC with LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting will indeed only work on Xbox though the 3.5mm jack, the USB connection will be used on PC only for lighting and customization controls. - Mathieu from Logitech
