I picked these up three days ago. When plugged in through audio jack, I can't hear voices on Discord. With USB, I can hear voice, but sound only works for right ear. Is there a fix? null

I use them primarily for discord. They work great for me. If you're on a PC, I would recomend download Logitech G Hub and troubleshoot there.

Hello Robbie. When plugging the 3.5mm plug into the USB dongle, make sure it is plugged all the way in. It is a TRRS plug and needs all of the rings to be making contact for both ears to work. If this does not solve your issue, please contact our tech support at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/
