• The steering angle on xbox is set in game. I know in my experience only certain games allow you to adjust. On pc though ive been able to adjust it in the logitech app for every game so far.

• It is at a set position. It clamps onto the surface it sits on. So to change the angle you would have to change the tabletop it sits on.
