Most likely they need to be updated. You can download G Hub and the rest is pretty self-explanatory. That will allow you to control all the audio input output
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you checked the audio settings because sometimes you have to check mark the headset even after unplugging am plugging the usb drive. Also try turning the headset on and off a couple time I’ve had similar issues. Flip the mic up and down until you hear the beep sound
