Yes, you can do both actually. The headset comes with a wireless usb plug in and two cords, one to plug into a headphone jack and the other to connect to usb. The headset has ports for both cords on the left side just under the buttons. Also, if you want to check the battery percentage or customize any acoustics or surround sound for the headset, youll need to download Logitech G HUB software from the logitech website

The G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset for PC won't work on Xbox consoles wirelessly unfortunately, but you can use it's wired option with the 3.5mm AUX cable connected to your controller yes. If you'd prefer a headset with a wireless capability for the Xbox One S, I'd suggest looking up the Astro A20 Gen for Xbox: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/astro-gaming-a20-wireless-stereo-gaming-headset-gen-2-for-xbox-series-xs-xbox-one-pc-and-mac-white-green/6423471.p?skuId=6423471
