Yes. I've used a couple of versions of this headset with Macs with macOS 10.11.x to 10.14.x installed, through USB ports on monitors, laptop docks, and directly connected to regular USB ports (not USB-C, but USB-C through a powered USB Hub). With the newer versions of macOS there was no need for driver installs. The OS automatically recognized the device. I use it regularly for video conferencing, VOIP calls, and streaming music. (iTunes, Pandora, etc.). The button on the cord works well for adjusting volume. Currently have two at home and one at work.
