“Has anyone used this with Rosetta Stone Language Learning Program?”

• Not with that specific program. But I use the headphone in conjunction with Skype, Whatsapp and Vsee for communication all over the world, including various language translators, with no distortion whatsoever. The program should have nothing to do with audio quality.
