“I need a wireless headset that has the usb plug and NOT have to use Bluetooth. the bluetooth connection is crap and my customers keep saying im brekaing up really bad. (it is NOT this set of headphones, just wondering if there are any better suggestions”

Hello, the H600 features a USB dongle for wireless connectivity. It does not have or rely on bluetooth connection. The dongle allows for a one-to-one connection with your headset providing crisp and clear audio.
