“I have purchased and returned these at least 4 times- they will not take a charge after about of week of normal (9-5) workday. I charge them every night - then they just quit. Is this a known issue with these. I really like them & want them to work”

I have had these for a month, and am having no problems with them charging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had these headset for about a month now and so far mines are not giving me any problems. I used them from 7-4pm, Monday thru Friday and charge them every other day. When not in use I make sure I turn off the headset with the on/off switch. When charging the unit the minute the red indicator light is not displaying on the headset , I remove the charging cable. You might be over charging them. I noticed the when I connect them to the charging cable it takes about 1 1/2 hr to charge. I would recommend you not charging them for a long period of time because you might be over charging them and after awhile you will damage the battery unit.
