No more answers needed. Found out M310 works with unifying receiver even though it came with the nano-receiver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the Logitech K360 keyboard and the M325c mouse and was able to pair both mouse and keyboard to the same unifying receiver. So only one usb device for both devices. You have to download the unifying receiver software for windows to pair both devices. But to answer you question as long as the M310 mouse uses a unifying receiver, then you can pair up to six devices.

Both of the Logitech devices would need to be compatible with the Logitech Unifying receiver to pair them to the same Unifying receiver. This K360 keyboard does come with a Unifying receiver, so a different mouse that is compatible with the Logitech Unifying receiver can be paired to one receiver with this keyboard. The Logitech Unifying software is available for free download on the Logitech website. Please feel free to visit the Logitech website for any product support. Regards, John
