This is a yes and no answer.... I just purchased the Logitech K 360 keyboard and I currently use the M510 mouse. When setting up the new keyboard, I ended up using the new Unifying Receiver that came with the new keyboard and attached my old mouse to it. So, YES, I am using ONE Unifying Receiver to run both the keyboard and mouse. Now, could I have left my old Unifying Receiver that was being used for the mouse and the old keyboard? That is a "maybe". I didn't try, just used the newest receiver during initial set up!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work with your M510. Here is the link to the Unifying software tool: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913. The K360 may work with your TV but there is no guarantee since it isn't one that was specifically designed to do so like the K600 for example.
