Please check the battery compartment to ensure that the batteries are making contact. There may be a protective tab to remove if this is being used for the first time. There is a power switch, please ensure that the power switch is set to the "on" position and hold down one of the input selectors (1-2 or 3). The K380 can connect to up to 3 devices.
