• Yes it does I was so confused when I first got it due to me not know if it did or not but it does

• Hello hherndon, the K380 TKL wireless keyboard will work with a Mac as soon as you connect it with the device. ctrl + z and ctrl + v will work as intended straight out of the box. Thank you, have a great day. -Ricky from Logitech
