It should work with it since it is a bluetooth keyboard you just have to sync it with your device.

I'm thinking it will work fine with a Windows tablet as long as there is a blue tooth connection. It has all the same keyboard functions as my desktop keyboard but a smaller wireless version. I of course can't be positive since I don't have a Surface device.

I purchased this as a gift, for a Nokia Lumia Tablet (at&t) Surface RT tablet and it does indeed work just fine. This will work with any tablet as long as it has Bluetooth and can be connected via Bluetooth
