Sounds like the num lock is on. Press the num lock key and it should operate the arrow function you are looking for.

I have attached a link to the K780's "Getting Started" guide for your reference. If you have not already done so, I recommend downloading the Logitech "Options" software for customization. There is a guide under the "Getting Started" section that goes through customizations. You may have accidentally changed one of these settings. Please visit the Logitech website for further support.
