Try disconnecting the device and pair it again. If that doesn't work, I suggest you try factory resetting the keyboard. Once back to factory default settings, begin the pairing process anew. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the "F1", "F2" & "F3" buttons are each paired to one device as you pair it. I would check that the device you paired to the "F2" key, the bluetooth is turned on. If not, try to pair again on F2 or another open bluetooth key setting, i.e F1 or F3
