“I haven't used the keyboard for 1 month after connecting it to a laptop. Now I want to use it and the connection keys (1,2 and 3) are not working/flashing. Tried to press for several seconds and change battery. Nothing works. Do you know how to fix?”

Did you remember to turn it on? The on/off button is inconspicuous on the side (right side) so it's easy to forget. Also, if you are connecting to a computer, remember to plug the USB receiver (found in the battery compartment) into the computer.

Hold the appropriate button down ie 1, 2, or 3 for about 3 seconds once it blinks rapidly search for the keyboard on the device you are trying to connect
