Yes. You can plug it in via USB with the supplied cables, or use the included wireless USB adapter, or you can connect with Bluetooth if your PC has that feature.

It'll work right off the bat, I recommend going to the Logitech site and getting the drivers though, some of the features won't work if you don't. This keyboard is a little small since it's meant for HTPCs, but it'll work for desktops also. Hope this helps.
