• Yes, that is assuming your desktop supports Bluetooth(internal Bluetooth module built in) I use it, with the receiver it came with, on my tv and also use it on my laptop via internal Bluetooth.

• I've never used this keyboard along with another input device like a mouse. So I wouldn't know. This keyboard works very well though.
