Don't be insulted, but make sure the mouse is turned on. The on/off switch can extend the life of the battery. Also, use the usb adapter that came with the mouse. There shouldn't be any drivers to d/l. Win 7 should initialize it immediately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Win 7 should provide the proper driver automatically when you attached the mouse's USB connector to the computer's USB port. Try and see if the USB port is working properly. Try to connect another USB device and see if it works. If the USB port doesn't work, try to connect the mouse, using another USB port and see if that fixes your problem. If not, I would contact Logitech for additional support.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Logitech dongles have Unifying which allows up to 6 devices per dongle, I am not sure if the mouse dongles do this as well, but possibly your pc isn't reading the mouse dongle correctly and only seeing the other one?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try loading the unified drivers and adding the mouse to it once you do. It's possible that the "affinity" got messed up, and it no longer recognizes the dongle.
