For tiny hands? I'd go smaller. I've large hands; but. me wife has small hands & she thinks it's ok for her also. I've not heard any complaints as of yet, I've had this one for about 4-5 yrs now. Hope this helps ya out. zedd

the M720 is a bit larger and higher than my previous mouse, the Logitech MX Anywhere. I would recommend the latest version of the MX for smaller hands (version 3 in 2023). The M720 would still work, but it just depends on each individual who uses it whether they can be comfortable using it for longer periods of time.
