• This Mouse would not cause a "conflict" if you're also using that K520 Keyboard, but this mouse also would not join to the keyboard at all. So I guess technically yes they are compatible together. If they concern is 2 Bluetooth peripherals on the same device. It's not an problem.

• The mice is not associated with any keyboard. It's compatible with all. You will need to pair it to the actual Unifying dongle itself.
