• If you are using it with a PC, you can usually go into the Control Panel and swap the buttons there for left handed use. Also on some of the advanced newer mouses there is usually an option in the device driver software to swap the left and right mouse buttons..

• No, it is not. Its meant for right hand use. Also, it can be mildly buggy at times just so you're aware of that.
