Unpair the devices and pair them again. Also electronic interference can affect the connectivity (rarely) and distance as it's only good for up to 10ft away. If problem persists, exchange it. It's a great unit, this issue is not common.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey Joey, if you haven't already, make sure you're either using the combo with Bluetooth or the dongle, not both at the same time. If you have the dongle plugged in, the Combo won't know which connection to stay connected too. Hope that helps.
