• I’m still on the Origen original batteries I got with the mouse over 9 months ago, so you must have something wrong with yours. And the 1 2 3 buttons are for switching between different paired Bluetooth devices. The other button below the thumb are is just a programmable button, install the Logitech software to configure it.
