• Yes, small button below the main right/left buttons allows for side scrolling. Just hold and scroll.

• Yes it does, however it doesn't use a "tilt" scroll wheel. Side scrolling is done by pressing and holding either of the side (forward and back) buttons, then use the scroll wheel in the typical forward and back motion to scroll side-to-side. From their website: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4414458320663-Getting-Started-Signature-650L "You can scroll horizontally with your mouse. This is done with a two-button combination: press and hold one of the side buttons and scroll with the wheel simultaneously. NOTE: The horizontal scroll is ON by default. You can customize this feature on the Point & Scroll tab in Logitech software. For more detailed information on Horizontal Scroll, click here."
