For me what was working is to forget the currently connected wifi network and reconnect again with the password. After this devices discovered each other in flow :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to me when I first purchased my MX keyboard and mouse. After a little Googling, I took the suggestion of installing older drivers and that worked. Hopefully it will work for you if you are willing to try it. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The mouse is connected to your computers via Bluetooth or the unifying receiver. But more importantly for Logitech flow, you need to make sure that both the laptops are connected to the same wifi network. PS: This will not work in public networks due to security restrictions. Shouldn’t be a problem in home wifi/Ethernet network.

Your MX mouse connected to both laptops. Both laptops connected to the same WiFi or Ethernet network. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It probably is because it operates on Bluetooth. You will need to go back into the system of your laptop and see if your bluetooth has somehow been turned off.
