Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Whoever said no, was wrong. With Logi Options software (which automatically asks to install in Windows), you can change the main click button. You would be missing out on, using your thumb to click the two side buttons, but other than that, this is a symmetrical mouse. Though, I am guessing, using your middle or ring finger would be a decent feel.
