• The mouse has the ability to replicate keystrokes from your keyboard. Without OS 10.12 you cannot do this. Also, Logitech has removed many of the common customization functions so linking it to keystrokes might be the only way to get the mouse to do what you want.

• Not sure why, but I am unable to get the Ergo to connect to IOX 10.12 or Windows7 via Bluetooth. Neither 'see' the Ergo.

• As long as you have Bluetooth it should work

• It is driver compatibility and software. It usually takes newer version as the higher the Bluetooth version is. IE( 3.0).
