Q: QuestionI read that ERGO Plus that was going to Best Buy was going to have 30 degrees of tilt. However the demo video says 20 degrees and there isn't any other information on the product page to confirm otherwise.

• A:Answer The demo video is specifically for the "ergo" which has 20 degrees of tilt, whereas the "ergo plus" is a best buy exclusive capable of 30 degrees. Rather than make two separate videos, they just use the one. There are no additional differences between the two models, and they cost the same as well.

• A:Answer Logitech app that assigns button function needs to be an app and not in control panel. If you migrated from old machine it will be in the panel. The left and right buttons and scroll work but no assigning the other buttons. M1 Mac mini owner that is waiting for Logitech to rewrite their installer. You don't want to be moving things around in Big Sur.

• A:Answer Hello Mam.. The green light will be stable when its fully charged while it is connected to the charger. If its blinking slowly while the charger is connected then it is charging. Once fully charged then you can use it for 3-4 months.

• A:Answer YES! I'm glad you asked this question because I didn't know it could, but, it does. You can connect through Bluetooth on your Android device while the mouse is connected to your computer via the little wireless Unifying receiver that plugs into a USB port. You then just push and hold the pairing button on the Mouse ( just below the scroll wheel , has a #1 and 2 on it ) for a couple of seconds until it is blinking, then look for it on your phone or tablet under your bluetooth setting. You can now just switch back and forth between your Android device and your computer. After it's connected you just hit the pairing button ( 1 ...2 button ) on the Mouse to change between the two. That is an awesome feature! Nothing to download on your Android either to get it to work.
