I read that ERGO Plus that was going to Best Buy was going to have 30 degrees of tilt. However the demo video says 20 degrees and there isn't any other information on the product page to confirm otherwise. null

The demo video is specifically for the "ergo" which has 20 degrees of tilt, whereas the "ergo plus" is a best buy exclusive capable of 30 degrees. Rather than make two separate videos, they just use the one. There are no additional differences between the two models, and they cost the same as well.

BestBuy has an additional "wedge" plate that they give you with it that gives you the extra 10* of angle. I use it. If you get it anywhere else, you don't get that wedge plate. it's a Best Buy exclusive.

The MX Ergo Plus model sold at Best buy includes an additional wedge base that the mouse fits into. This optional base gives you the additional 10 degrees angle on top of the mouses adjustable 20 degrees for a total of 30 degrees. However the MX Ergo model sold elsewhere is not the same and does not include the additional wedge base in the box.

The unit has a magnetic metal plate that sets it at the 20 degrees angle. There is an additional rubberized piece that the Ergo Plus sits in that provides the additional 10 degrees. After using mine for a bit, I found the 20 degrees to be more comfortable.

You probably already have your answer but for others, it does have the ability to go to a 30 degree angle if you use the plastic add on rest. The standard magnetic attachment does the 20 degree angle.
