• I haven't tried using this with Apple but If you download the Logitech software there are options and keys you can customize, maybe that would fix them problem.

• Yes, there's a key for the Mac Opt key that is also the Windows Start key, same for the Cmd and Alt key. It's the same key for either, but does have the name printed for both on each key, which is helpful. Works great on both Windows and Mac.

• Hello, you are able to change key layout based on OS. You may use our Logitech Options software to further alter any other settings as well.
