“How do you delete a device from the easy-swich? I can remove the device under Bluetooth settings on the PC itself, but the mouse still reserves that device position for that computer. I can not figure out how to delete the old device”

I’ve had a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard for a few years, it got stuck paired to a device and it basically bricked it. After doing some research, I found away of wiping the keyboard’s memory, allowing the keyboard to be used again: 1. Unpair, delete all Bluetooth settings regarding the keyboard in Windows or Mac. 2. Reset the keyboard by pressing the following keys: “Escape” – “o” – “Escape” – “o”,“Escape” – “b” 3. If the reset is accepted, you may see a light blink depending on your Bluetooth keyboard model. 4. Connect your keyboard to the computer via Bluetooth and your keyboard will be ready to go! This works with Logitech multi-connect keyboards as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello. There is no way to "delete" a device from the memory, but you can save a new device to any of the numbers on the easy-switch. Simply toggle to the number that you want to reprogram, then hold it down until it is blinking and in pairing mode again. Then you can pair another device to that spot on the easy-switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To explain my solution, I will describe my problem first. I have the MX Master 3 (mouse) and the MX Keys (keyboard). I bought the mouse separated a year ago. I use it on two Macs and one PC, I assigned the bottom buttons of the mouse (1,2,3) to each of the computers: one (1 mac) via Bluetooth the other two (2 Pc & 3 Mac) via Unified device ( USB dongle that comes with the mouse or keyboard). Later this year I bought the MX keys and assigned my computers to the easy-switch using different numbers to what I had on my mouse. I thought it was going to be easy to re-assign the 1,2,3 keys to align and follow the numbers I assigned to my mouse a year ago but surprisingly is not as intuitive as it seems. Solution: You can't delete or reset these keys but you can re-assign and depending on how your devices are connected either Bluetooth or Unified device first you'll need to do one of the following. -For Bluetooth, you need to remove the keyboard from the Bluetooth preferences. In my case it was on one of my macs, then press and hold for 3 seconds the easy-switch key you want to re-assign again for your MX Keys then turn of and turn on again your Bluetooth setting to search for a new device. That's all you new device should work on the key assigned. -For Unified device you need to uninstall the Logitech options software, re-install it, go back to the software and add a new device, press and hold for 3 seconds the easy-switch key you want to re-assign and wait for the screen pairing pop-up that prompt you to type the number on screen on your MX keys (don't forget to press enter after the number) Note: you just need one USB adapter either use one that comes with the mouse or keyboard. That's all it should work. I hope it helps. It took me a while to figure it out and wanted to share the solution with you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pairing the button to a new bluetooth device is easy enough. But pairing spot 1 to a bluetooth disabled the unifying receiver. How can you reset the mouse so the unifying receiver is assigned to spot 1 again?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would like to know as well, The problem manifests itself if you have Flow enabled. The inability to delete the MX Keys from one of the 3 presets may cause a problem if you decide to switch to another channel for whatever reason (e.g., 1 and 3). If you try to pair the keyboard to preset 3, preset 2 will still contain the old name. Although working just fine if you switch it manually, Flow will have trouble defining which of two positions is the valid one and will not work properly. A dumb bug.

While scrolling between screens it would switch to the unused device, even though that device wasn't set up in "Flow". I tried many Solutions with logitech support, and in the end we reinstalled Options+ software and setup flow again. My third device was still showing on the mouse in easy-switch, but it did not get triggered when switching screens in flow anymore.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If hold down the easy switch button, it should start flashing rapidly. This means it's in pairing mode and it can be paired to a new computer. You shouldn't have to necessarily delete any devices.
