• Unfortunately, the MX Master 3 is only right handed.

• Yes, this mouse will certainly not fit in your left hand due to the placement of the thumb rest and the curve of the mouse.

• You can’t use this mouse left handed. They might make a left handed version, but because the mouse is angled you can’t hold it any reasonable way with the left hand.
