Same problem. I turn off and on Bluetooth. This is just not a good mouse.

Also make sure to remove it completely from your PC and add it back again. last line of defense, contact Logitech directly. they will send you a replacement. they did that for me when I got problem with the infinite scroller. you need to send them a video of the mouse not working.
