“Powerplay wont charge my g703 lightspeed mouse? My powerplay is not broken (it still charges my old mouse when connected) but my new g703 lightspeed is not getting charged. What are my options? (I know about different ports and turning stuff on and off)”

• Make sure you're using the little circular puck that came with the powerplay

• Hello, you will need to make sure that you replace the weighted puck on the bottom with the powerplay charging puck.
