I had to return the first one I bought because of this problem. The 2nd one worked fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine doesn't, make sure your connection is tight. if you can hear the noise when playing sound from your PC or TV then I'd return it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine will make noise if the green connection jack isn't plugged in all the way or its touching something. Once I plug it in all the way or make sure it's not touching anything the loud buzz goes away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine doesn't make any sound when on and it plays music fine. If it is creating a buzzing sound, then it is probably flawed and should be returned/exchanged. If it is rattling every time the base hits, then sub is failing and should be returned/exchanged. Hope this helps.
