If the RCA projector has the standard headphones jack (1/8 inch stereo jack), then yes.

As long as your projector has RCA or 3.5mm audio output ports, the Z323 speaker system will work just fine for what you want to do. The power supply to the subwoofer is about 5-feet long, so make sure you have a wall plug within that distance from your projector as well.
