If your desktop has a headphone jack, these will work (especially laptops). You should also have a green input jack (3.5mm- standard wired headphone input jack) that you can plug them into.

Hi Vinny. Yes I think you can. I have this hooked up to my laptop which I use as a desktop. So I am 99% sure that you can. These are wonderful speaker.
