Do these cameras record sound? null

It does not record sound. And it does not do other advertised items such as color. There are many other technical issues, which I am not addressing being your question involves sound. My suggestion is for you to return the system if you still have time left. There are many faults within the system, contrary to the good reviews. My best score would be Zero if zero is available. Unfortunately zero is not available.

No they do not. I also bought a few wireless cameras, model #FXC13V, that have a speaker just so I am able to have sound in the areas I feel I need it. You can also talk into the phone app to anyone near the camera. The sound on my end is not that great but I can hear any noise pretty good such as the birds singing etc. The wired cameras are superior to the wireless just no sound.

No, these do not record audio. The DVR does have audio output though.
