You can't from Best Buy. If you want more than 16 GB of memory with the 14 in model, you'll need to configure it on Apple's website

You have to purchase it then go to Apple store to get more memory added

Apple is famouse for making products that won’t let you upgrade or fix the parts yourself, the ram on this machine is unfortunately soldered on hence you cannot upgrade, I wanted to do the same, i belive the only upgradable versions of Apple Machines are the desktop tower ones idk what there called exactly but they are grey towers like pc build.
