“Hi. I cannot connect the Emberton to my iPad Air. I have used it for a month now but suddenly it disconnected while music was playing. Then tried to connect it again but my iPad Air cannot detect emberton anymore.”

• Please complete a factory reset and then try a new Bluetooth connection. To reset the Emberton, push and hold the gold Control Knob and the Bluetooth pairing button (at the same time) for 15-20 seconds to reset the speaker to its default settings. If the speaker is powered on, the LEDs will go out and then the speaker will power back on.
