“My washer won’t fill to wash my clothes and then it drains right away. Any idea on what I’m doing wrong”

Hi Kyra. Please make sure that your drain hose is not too far into the stand pipe. We also would recommend resetting the Washer from the circuit breaker for at least 5 minutes.
